The cost depends on several factors. First is location. We don't adjust prices based on physical location but rather on population density. In areas where the density is higher the cost of a franchise is higher. Second is the location will determine what the overall investment will be for things like rent, utilities, furnishings, etc. We will be happy to discuss these with you when we meet.
The answer is YES. A territory is identified for your franchise. This simply means only you can put offices in that franchise territory. Plus you can put as many as you want without paying for another franchise. Of course you are still free to market and sell real estate in any part of the state if you and/or your agents are licensed to do so.
NO... You do not have to be licensed as a Broker or Sales Agent to own an EXIT Realty franchise. You will have to have a licensed designated broker to be in compliance with the Department of Real Estate rules. If you are not a licensed Broker you will have to hire one to be your broker. We highly suggest you get your license so you can take over as the Designated Broker if need be.
